Booking & Payment Policy

1. To reserve dates for pet and house sitting services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

2. The remaining balance is due on the first day of service.

3. Payments are accepted via Zelle or Venmo.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the start date: Full refund of deposit.

2. Cancellations made 7-13 days before the start date: 50% refund of deposit.

3. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date: No refund.

Rescheduling Policy

1. Rescheduling requests made 14 or more days before the start date: No fee, subject to availability.

2. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the start date: 25% rebooking fee, subject to availability.
